Evidence

• RareScanner 1.60.1.b7
dataset built 2026-10-01 · policy PendingReuseReview · publication cleared: no
source id rarescanner-1.60.1.b7-0a32c55bee75e71e · Third-party addon static tables (RareScanner 1.60.1.b7, TOC date 2026-10-01). RareScanner tracks NPCs; tracking is not a rarity assertion. Static locations are source claims in the source's own map frame; runtime sightings live in per-player SavedVariables and are not imported. Not verified against the current Forever build. TOC declares 'X-License: All Rights Reserved'; no data grant was found. Local development only; PublicationRestricted until human sign-off. No legal conclusion is drawn.
• ForeverDB Addon Scanner 0.2.0 (client build 70291)
dataset built 2026-10-09 · policy Cleared · publication cleared: yes
source id forever-addon-scanner-0.2.0-70291-3e60548b8f605671 · Live Forever client 1.60.1.70291 (enUS), queried by known ID. Current-build first-party evidence for build 70291; the imported client DB2 snapshot is a different, older build (70245). First-party observation by ForeverDB's own addon on a Forever client. Publication-eligible ForeverDB evidence (owner decision 2026-10-14) after normal structural validation and privacy rules: raw observations are evidence, not automatically canonical truth, and no player, account or realm identifier is retained or published. Third-party source restrictions are unaffected.
